Permits are required on structural, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC changes most often. This is not a simple yes or no answer. It will be answered typically at the time of estimate and first meeting.

Projects with permits typically start two weeks after the permit is received.

BoyesCo handles the entire process most often, the owner/client will just need to provide some simple documentation. We will also handle all inspections and resulting issues.

Yes we work with clients to achieve working plans and getting these engineered for review and the building process.
